The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to implement the order dated 25.04.2013 passed in O.A. No. 238 (C) of 2011 and accordingly regularize the service of the petitioner with effect from 13.12.1989.

In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the opposite parties to comply the order dated 25.04.2013 passed in O.A.
