This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed challenging the order dated 22.04.2022 issuing NBW against the petitioner as he was absent on repeated call and no steps have been taken on his behalf passed by the learned 2nd Additional Session Judge, Cuttack in S.T. Case No. 454 of 2014 which arises out of Mangalabag P.S. Case No. 167 of 2012.

None appears for the petitioner. A memo has been filed stating that during pendency of this CRLMC, the petitioner has been arrested for which this application has become infructuous. Memo be kept in the record.
