Heard Mr. S. Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.1 and 5 not to acquire lands in view of the Notification No. S.O.3007(E) dated 01.07.2022 under Annexure-1 and Public Notice dated 07.09.2022 under Annexure-2. 4.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that challenging the Notification No. S.O.3007(E) dated 01.07.2022 under Annexure-1 and Public Notice dated 07.09.2022 under Annexure-2, the petitioners have already filed objections before opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-3 series, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned Additional Government Advocate has raised no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any
opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to consider the objections filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-3 series and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 6.
Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
