1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties.
3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "It is therefore most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this writ application, issue Rule NISI in the nature of writ of mandamus i. To direct the Opp. Parties to reinstate the petitioner by revoking the suspension order dtd. 04.08.2020 for the gross failure on the part of the opp. Parties to periodically review the same in terms of Hon'ble Apex court decision reported in AIR 2010 SC 336 read with Govt. Circulars under Annexure 7 & 8 as much as for the failure on the part of the Opp. Parties to release of his subsistence allowance during the suspension period both in enhanced rate as well as the original rate defined in the suspension order.
ii. And/or may pass such other writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions as this Hon'ble Court may think fit and proper for the ends of justice.. And for this act of kindness the Petitioners are in duty bound shall ever pray."

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has filed an application at Annexure-9 to the Writ Petition before the O.P. No.3, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted Petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the Petitioner.
