Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Investigating Officer during investigation having called this Petitioner to cooperate with the investigation by issuing notice under section 41A of the Cr.P.C., the Petitioner had attended and cooperated. He further submits that for the above reason, the police having not arrested the Petitioner has submitted the charge-sheet indicating the said fact therein. In view of the above, he prays for withdrawal of this application.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
