2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "necessary direction be issued to the respondents, more particularly to Respondent Nos.3 & 4 to sanction ad disburse Rs.4200/- as grade pay in favour of the applicant w.e.f 1.1.2003 in lieu of 2nd RACPS benefits on completion of 20 years of continuous service and Rs.4,600/- as grade pay in favour of the applicant w.e.f 26.11.2016 in lieu of 3rd RACPS benefits on completion of 30 years of continuous service in his post.

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.3 in that regard within a period of two weeks from today.

It is observed that if such representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating her grievances, the same

// 2 // shall be considered by Opp. party No.3 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
