1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that by means of this petition he seeks the period of service served as work charged employee in the establishment to be taken for computation of the pensionary benefit. However, it appears that no such representation has been made to the authority in that light. It is further submitted that the matter in connection with the period to be considered for the pensionary benefit has been dealt with in WPC (OAC) No.864 of 2018 reported in 2022 (1) OLR 266 that squarely covers the case of the Petitioner.

2. In view of the above, the Petitioner may represent before the authority for redressal of his grievance as raised here in this Petition and in case such representation is filed not later than 15th November, 2022, the authority shall consider the said representation in the light of the decision in WPC (OAC) No.864 of 2018 (Supra) and the result thereof be communicated to the Petitioner within one month thereafter.

3. With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
