03. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Ms. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. Mishra, learned AGA and Mr. S.B. Jena, learned counsel appearing for the OPSC.

3. The Petitioner is aggrieved by the non-consideration of his claim for promotion of the ORS (Group-B) by way of promotion for the recruitment year 2013 under Annexure-11. In the said list the name of the Petitioner finds place at Sl. No. 9.

4. It is submitted that though juniors to the Petitioner have been considered and given promotion for the Recruitment year 2013, but the case of the Petitioner's has not yet been considered.

5. Considering the innocuous nature of prayer as made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court while disposing the writ Petition, directs O.P. No. 3 to take a decision on the

// 2 // Petitioner's claim for his promotion for the recruitment year 2013, if by possible by reconvening a review DPC. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of this order.
