The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 17th August, 2022 passed by learned S.D.J.M., Baripada in Crl. Misc. Case No.148 of 2022 (arising out of 2(a)CC Case No.414 of 2022), whereby he dismissed an application under Section 457 Cr.P.C.

In course of hearing, Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition seeking liberty to file properly constituted petition. 4.

Granting such liberty, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
