Instant I.A. is filed for extension of time to surrender before the learned court below and modification of the Court's order dated 21st October, 2022 passed in CRLMC No. 2890 of 2022. 2.

By the above order dated 14th October, 2022, this Court had directed the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below in T.R. Case No. 62 of 2020 but he could not do so. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the time may be extended in order to enable the petitioner to surrender in compliance of the Court's order dated 21st October, 2022. 3.

For the reason stated therein, I.A. stands allowed. 4.

Consequently, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge,

Kendrapara on or before 17th March, 2023 in connection with T.R. Case No. 62 of 2020 and in the event he surrenders, the court shall release him on bail with conditions as has already been directed by this Court while disposing of the CRLMC No. 2890 of 2022.

The rest part of the order shall remain unaltered. 6.

I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
