This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the Branch Manager, Indusind Bank Ltd., Cuttack-Opposite Party No.2 to release the vehicle bearing Registration No.OD-05-AQ6333 (Truck) in his favour. 3.

Mr. Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the Bank submits that the vehicle has already been auctioned in the meantime, as stated in the writ petition itself. Hence, the prayer made in this writ petition cannot be granted. 4.

Mr. Sarangi, learned counsel for the Petitioner, however, submits that there has already been a settlement between the wife of the Petitioner and the auction purchaser in the meantime, for which he does not want to press the writ petition. 5.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
