Heard Mr. S.S. Chaini, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

This application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the cognizance order dated 25.08.2009 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Angul in Criminal Trial No. 952 of 2009 arising out of 1CC No. 84 of 2009 under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881 now pending in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C., Angul.

Mr. Chaini, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. in order to file revision before the learned Sessions Judge. 4.

Considering the above submission, the CRLMC application is permitted to be withdrawn.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
