01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. S.K.Pradhan, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Panigrahi, learned standing counsel appearing for the StateOpposite Parties.

3. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 07.07.2022 Sri Satyaranjan Sahoo, Director, Secondary Education appear in person in Court today and file an affidavit indicating therein that all the retiral dues of the Petitioner will be cleared within a period of two

(2) months. This Court when was satisfied with such reply & directed the said Authority to file a fresh affidavit another affidavit was filed in Court today. In the said affidavit it has been submitted that the retiral dues of the Petitioner will be released within a period of one (1) month from today.

4. Considering such submission made by the Opp. Party No. 2, who is present in Court today, this Court adjourn the matter to 22nd August, 2022. It is expected that the retiral dues of the Petitioner will be released as undertaken before that date. However, this Court has not considered the claim of the Petitioner with regard to grant of interest because of the inordinate delay in releasing the pension & other retiral benefits. The same will be considered on the next date. If the retiral dues as undertaken is not released before the next date, Director, Secondary Education shall appear in person.

5. List this matter on 22.08.2022.
