Heard Mr. Niranjan Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.S. Mohapatra, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State-O.P.1.

In the instant case, the petitioner invoked the inherent jurisdiction of Section 482 Cr.P.C. and prays for a direction to the learned court below for early disposal of complaint case, i.e. ICC No.236 of 2019 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Nimapada on the grounds stated therein.

Mr. Panda, leaned counsel for the petitioner submits that initially a complaint was lodged but then there has been a delay in disposal of complaint. Accordingly, a prayer has been made for expeditious disposal of ICC No.236 of 2019.

Considering the limited prayer involved herein and the fact that couple of witnesses have yet to be examined, this Court directed learned J.M.F.C., Nimapada to expedite the disposal of ICC No.236 of 2019, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a

period of four months after providing opportunity of hearing to the parties.

With the above observation, the CRLMC stands disposed of.
