This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "direct the opp. parties to show-cause as to by the arrear gratuity of the petitioner by calculating the period from initial appointment to retirement shall not be disbursed and upon their failing no cause of showing insufficient cause, make the rule absolute by directing opp. party no.2 to dispose of the representations dated 2.8.2022 and 25.8.2022 under Annexure-4 series.

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation dated 2.8.2022 vide Annexure-4 series to the Writ Petition, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

5. Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.1 to take a decision on

// 2 // the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
