Heard Mr. P.S. Nayak, learned Central Government Counsel for the petitioners.

The Union of India and its functionaries have filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 04.07.2022 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No. 849 of 2019, wherein the Tribunal observed that the case of the opposite party is similar to the case of the applicant in O.A. No. 871 of 2019 and accordingly quashed the impugned order dated 18.11.2019 and remitted back to the Competent Authority to consider the case of the opposite party taking into account the decision rendered by the apex Court as indicated in the said order as well as the order passed by the Tribunal in O.A. No. 871 of 2019.

Since against the remand order passed by the Tribunal, the petitioners have approached this Court by filing the present writ petition,

this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. It is open to the petitioners to take a decision in terms of the observation and direction issued in the impugned order passed by the Tribunal. 5.
