Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, expeditious disposal of the second appeal is sought as relief from Court. Time of 45 days has been prescribed for disposal of first appeal. In line with the provision, there be direction for disposal of the second appeal.

Mr. Dash, learned advocate appears on behalf of opposite parties and submits, the direction be for disposal within 90 days. 3.

On query from Court it is ascertained that the second appeal has been pending since 12th March, 2021.
