2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the FIR in connection with Tangi P.S. Case No.165 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1457 of 2014 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Rural, Cuttack.

3. It appears that this case is of the year 2015. Defects pointed out by the S.R. have not yet been removed.

4. None appears for the Petitioners, when the matter is called.

5. Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed non-prosecution.
