Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has filed a Memo dated 14.09.2022 indicating therein that the Contemnor No.2 has retired in the meantime and the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the Contempt Petition with liberty to file a better Contempt Petition arraying the Officer concerned, who has joined in place of the Contemnor No.2.

In view of such submission made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the CONTC. is dropped as withdrawn with liberty to file better Contempt Petition, as prayed for.
