Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court while expressing its anxiety for the pendency of the Demarcation Case for over more than one year, directs the Tahasildar, Malkangiri to dispose of the Demarcation Case No.293 of 2020 within a period of two months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner, but however, providing opportunity of hearing to the appurtenant. 2.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
