1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. Pursuant to the order of this Court, the Inspector Incharge of Pattamundai P.S. personally appears before this Court today and submitted that the missing girl has already been rescued on 17.11.2022.

4. He further submits that by the time of rescue, the missing girl had already got married to one Rahul Mallik and they both are leading a happy conjugal life now. He has also produced marriage certificate to that effect.

5. In the above premises, the grievance of the petitioner is already redressed. This Court appreciates the efforts of Inspector In-charge, Pattamundai for his sincere effort in tracking out the girl and solving the problems.

6. In view of the above facts and submissions made, the CRLMP stands disposed of.
