Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves an allegation against the competent authority not even accepting the application under Section 22 of OLR Act, 1960. This Court without entering into the controversy at this stage and the allegation involved herein, disposes of the Writ Petition permitting the Petitioner to extend the application vide Annexure-2 to the competent authority at least within a further period of ten days hence. In such event the competent authority shall do well in accepting the same and proceeding for passing order in accordance with law. 3.
The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
