2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:
"Direction be made to the respondents to publish the result of the applicant relating to his viva-voce test so far as the post of Physical Education Teacher is concerned pursuant to the advertisement under Annexure-2 and thereafter he may be selected and given appointment against the post of Physical Education Teacher as 55 posts of Physical Education Teacher are lying vacant and passing of Class-X standard in M.I.L (Odiya) prescribed n the advertisement may be declared illegal and unconstitutional or in the alternative any other order/orders or direction/directions may be issued so as to give complete relief to the applicant." 4.
He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation at Annexure-7 to the Writ Petition, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
