Considering that the Bebandabosta Case No.72 of 2020 is still pending before the Tahasildar, Badagan, this Court while disposing of the Writ Petition directs Opposite Party No.3 to dispose of Bebandabosta Case No.72 of 2020 at least within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order but however involving all parties likely to be affected.
