1. The Petitioner's representation (Annexure-3) shall be examined by the Tahasildar, Khariar (Opposite Party No.4) and after issuing notice to the Petitioner and Opposite Party No.5 and giving them a hearing, the Tahasildar, Khariar (Opposite Party No.4) shall pass a reasoned order thereon not later than 16th January, 2023 and copy of such order shall be made available to the parties within a week thereafter. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
