It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the case of the petitioner is covered by the order passed by this Court dated 30.08.2022 in W.P.(C) No. 850 of 2021 (Minati Nayak v. State of Odisha and others) and this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the order passed in the said case.

In view of the above, in view of the observation and direction given in the order passed in Minati Nayak (supra), this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order passed. Arun (DR. B.R. SARANGI, J.)
