This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is aggrieved by non-registration of her written report as F.I.R., i.e., Jagatsinghpur P.S. Case No.616 of 2022 under appropriate provisions of law. He further submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach the I.I.C., Jagatsinghpur Police

// 2 // Station (Opposite Party No.3) by filing a grievance petition for redressal of her grievances.

In such view of the matter, this Court this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to approach the opposite party no.3 by filing a grievance petition along with a certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks. In the event, such grievance petition is filed before the opposite party no.3, he/she is directed to take a decision on the said grievance petition in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a period of one month from the receipt of the said grievance petiton.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
