2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- Direct the respondents for regularize the service of the applicant as per the settle law by the Tribunal and High Court as well as the Hon'ble Apex Court.

The service of the applicant may taken back in regular establishment part with their juniors and Finance Department resolution on completion of five years in continuous service with all consequential service benefits.

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.2 in that regard within a period of two weeks from today.

It is observed that if such representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same

// 2 // shall be considered by Opp. party No.2 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
