This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to release all retirement benefits including the monthly salary w.e.f. 15th June 2010 to July 2011 along with interest, which was illegally held up since 2012, within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the case of the petitioner has already been recommended to the opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-9 dated 05.02.2018 and, therefore, direction may be given to take a decision on the same within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 4.
As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.3 to take a decision on the recommendation made by the
authority under Annexure-9 dated 05.02.2018, and pass appropriate in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
