Counsel for the Bank filed a Memo in Court today stating therein that the Opposite Party has complied with the order dated 08.12.2021, as the peaceful vacant possession of the secured asset was handedover back to the Bank, by Harikisan Gupta-Opposite Party and thereafter the Bank has delivered the vacant

// 2 // possession to the auction purchaser. The Memo be kept on record.

3. Mr. Kar, counsel for the Bank submits that the present CONTC has become infructuous.
