1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. B. Barik, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Ch. S. Mishra, learned AGA appearing for the Opp. Parties.

3. Even though the present writ Petiton has been filed with a prayer to direct the Opp. Parties to regularize the services of the Petitioner, but no document has been annexed to the writ Petition reflecting that the Petitioner has approached the Authority seeking such regularization of his services.

4. In that view of the matter this Court while disposing of the writ Petition, permits the Petitioner to make appropriate application in that regard before the O.P. No. 2.

5. It is observed that if any such application is filed within a period of two (2) weeks from today, the said Authority shall take a lawful decision on the same within a further period one month.

6. Till a decision is taken, status-quo as on today shall be maintained.
