Looking to the nature of dispute involving a registered Order No.
instrument involving the private parties in both the side, this Court finds, such nature of dispute cannot be adjudicated by a quasi judicial authority in exercise of power U/s.15(b) of the O.S.S Act. It is, at this stage of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the appropriate Civil Court.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, but with liberty as prayed for.
