1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Mr. L.K. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner.
3. This writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of punishment passed on 07.12.2018 under Annexure-9.
3. Mr. YSP Babu, learned AGA submitted that the order impugned is appealable. In view of that this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ Petition. However, it is observed that if any such appeal is filed within a period of three (3) weeks from today against the order dtd.07.12.2018 before the Appellate Authority, the said Authority shall entertain the appeal without insisting on the delay and decide the same on merit.
