Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that he has already filed separate writ petition bearing W.P.(C) No.22689 of 2020 for the self-same relief and the same has been disposed of vide order dated 10.09.2020. Therefore, the petitioner does not want to press this writ petition.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
