1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

2. This I.A. has been filed for modification of order dated 16.11.2020 passed by this Court in ABLAPL No.13110 of 2020.

3. On perusal of the I.A., it reveals that the ABLAPL No.13110 of 2020 was never before this bench. The ABLAPL No.13110 of 2022 against which the present I.A. has been filed, is in the name of different person. The ABLAPL No.13110 of 2022 is in respect to Sk. Mamarej Alam while the I.A. No.2585 of 2022 (arising out of ABLAPL No.13110of 2020) is in respect to Shiba Prasad Jena.

4. In view of the above discrepancy, this Court is not inclined to grant relief as sought for. Hence, the I.A. is dismissed.
