Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.
3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- "To direct the Respondents more particularly the Respondent No.4 to consider the representation of the applicant for grant of compassionate allowance in view of the Rule 46 of OCS (Pnsion) Rules, 1987 in an early date."

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.4 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-8 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and
// 2 // without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.4 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
