This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

The writ petition has been filed with the following relief: "Under the abovementioned facts and circumstances of the case, this Hon'ble Court may graciously be please to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs by directing the Opp. Party No.3 who should instruct the Opp. Party No.4 and 5 to issue promotion order against Line Man A, for which DPC was held on 09.8.2021."

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that DPC was held on 09.8.2021 to consider the case of Petitioner for the post of Line man. It is further submitted that although DPC took place on the above date, but the result of the same has not been published as yet. 5.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that he has filed a representation before the Authority praying for declaration of result of the DPC held on 09.8.2021, which is stated to be pending before the Authority.

Considering the limited nature of grievance, this Court disposes of the writ petition at the stage of admission with a direction to the Commissioner, Odisha Electricity Regulatory Commissioner, Bhubaneswar, Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 30.8.2021 under Anenxure-8 within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order and shall dispose of the same by passing a speaking and reasoned order. In the event it is found that the DPC actually took place on the given date, it is open for the Authority to declare the result of the Petitioner in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. 8.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
