Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Petitioner alleges, even after registration of Mutation Case, the Tahasildar, Khordha- Opposite Party No.4 is not undertaking any exercise for disposal of such Mutation Case.

Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein, this Court directs Opposite Party No.4 to undertake the disposal exercise of Misc. Mutation Case No.8 of 2021 at least within a period of four months but however involving the Opposite Parties therein. 4.

The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of.
