1. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners, the Informant and the State.

2. By means of this application, the Petitioners seek grant of bail under Section 438, Cr.P.C. in anticipation of arrest for their alleged involvement in the offence under Sections 323/324/307/341/506/34, I.P.C., in connection with Cuttack Sadar P.S. Case No.448 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.2654 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C. (R), Cuttack.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the Informant as well as the Addl. Standing Counsel that there are series of criminal antecedents standing to the credit of Petitioner No.1 and Petitioner No.3 not only in respect of Sadar P.S. but also there is information about antecedents under other P.S.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the report of criminal antecedents of the Petitioners, this Court is not inclined to admit the petitioners to anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected and the ABLAPL stands dismissed. (Chittaranjan Dash) Judge S.K.Parida
