This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for modification of order dated 06.04.2022 passed in BLAPL No.8890 of 2021 wherein he has sought for deleting the recording of the statement of the counsel that there is no criminal antecedent of the Petitioner appearing in para-6 of the order and also delete para-10 of the order. 3.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the Petitioner in para-6 at 7th line after "similar nature" "except one case" be inserted and in para-8 at 3rd line after the word "vehicle" "and there is another antecedent of the Petitioner involving NDPS Case wherein the Petitioner has been implicated on the basis of the statement of co-accused persons" be inserted after deleting " and he has no criminal antecedents" and also paragraph 10 be deleted. 4.

The rest part of the order shall remain intact. 5.

With the aforesaid modification the I.A. stands disposed of. RKS ( A.K. Mohapatra ) Judge
