This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 11.10.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the representation of the Petitioner is pending before the Opposite Party No.4 vide Annexure-6. As such, the order dated 11.10.2022 may be corrected.

Accordingly, the expression "representation dated 03.02.2022 under Annexure-2" and "representation of the petitioner dated 03.02.2022 under Annexure-2" occurred in the Paragraphs-4 and 6 of the order dated 10.11.2022 be read as "representation dated 17.02.2020 under Annexure-6" and "representation of the petitioner dated 17.02.2020 under Annexure-6" respectively.

Rest part of the said order dated 10.11.2022 remains unaltered.

I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
