Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the State that the case has already been registered bearing Ramachandi P.S. Case No.93 of 2022 in connection with G.R. Case No.687 of 2022 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 341/294/323/324, I.P.C. 4.

Considering the fact that the offences as alleged are bailable in nature. Hence, the bail application stands dismissed as not maintainable.
