None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. Heard Mr. S. Rath, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State. Perused the record.

The petitioner files this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to conclude the departmental proceeding against the petitioner within a period of thirty days.

Thirty days period as prayed for by the petitioner has already been over long since. However, if the proceeding has not been concluded in the meantime, the opposite parties are directed to conclude the same within a period of four months from the date of communication of the order by complying the provisions of law, if there is no other impediment.
