This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Mr. J.K. Khuntia, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has already filed his Vakalatnama on 30.01.2022 and the same is available on record, but his name is not mentioned in the cause list. Further, Mr. J.K.Khuntia submits that he has filed a memo for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to approach the Authority for redressal of his grievance.

In such view of the matter, this Court in disposal of the Interlocutory Application allows the prayer of the Petitioner for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to approach this Court in the event his grievance is not redressed by the appropriate authority.
