Petitioner has simple allegation that in spite of a recommendation by the Revenue Inspector since 24.05.2022 for allotment of a land in favour of the Petitioner, there is no showing of finality to the same.

Learned State Counsel in reference to the information revealed that through the letter the Revenue Inspector, Town Circle has raised objection in the matter of settlement of the land in favour of the Petitioner as the Petitioner is already having paternal property in the district of Jajpur.

Be that as it may, as there is already a recommendation in favour of the Petitioner vide Annexure-4, this Court directs, such issue may be finalized by completing the entire exercise within a period of two months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner.
