Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State- Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "

It is therefore, prayed that, Your Lordships' be graciously pleased to admit the writ petition, call for the necessary relevant records and hearing the counsels for the parties, upon notice, pleased to direct the Opp. Parties, more particularly the Opp.

Party No.2 to dispose of his representation dated 22.02.2022 vide Annexure-1 Series by granting all the reliefs as claimed therein within a stipulated period of time.

And may further be pleased to pass any other order / orders, direction / directions as deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case;

And for this act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.2 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of two (2) weeks hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opposite Party No.2 shall do well to dispose of the representation in accordance with law within a period of 2 (two) months. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.2 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
