The petitioner has not assailed any notice of eviction and on presumption that the authority will take steps for eviction, has filed this writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition filed by the petitioner is premature one and, as such, this Court is not inclined to entertain the same. However, if any notice is received by the petitioner, he is at liberty to pursue his remedy in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
