Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

List this matter on 15.12.2021.

Learned counsel for the State shall obtain the case diary in the meanwhile.

As an interim measure, it is directed that the petitioners shall be released on interim bail in the event of arrest in connection with Patnagarh P.S. Case No.186 of 2021 by the Officer effecting arrest on such terms and conditions including the conditions that they shall cooperate with the investigation and they shall not indulge in any criminal activity while on interim bail. Violation of the conditions shall entail cancellation of the interim bail granted.

However, it is made clear that the aforesaid order of interim bail shall remain in force till the next date and the State

// 2 // is at liberty to seek early listing of the case, if it feels any urgency in the matter.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
