The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to declare his deputation as Forest Guard to STPF in Similipal Tiger Reserve, Baripada as per order dated 08.07.2016 of opposite party no.4 under Annexure-4 as illegal and to direct the opposite parties to revert back the petitioner to his parent division under opposite party no.5 within a time stipulated.

Since the petitioner challenges the deputation order issued in the year 2016 and in the meantime six years have been passed and the counsel for both the parties are unable to say about the present position, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous. Arun (DR. B.R. SARANGI, J.)
