This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioners in this writ petition seek to assail the order dated 6th February, 2020 (Annexure-3) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapada in C.P. No.40 of 2016 holding that the civil proceeding is not maintainable.

In course of argument, Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that in view of the order dated 15th September, 2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 26007 of 2021, this writ petition will not be maintainable. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to work out his remedy in accordance with law. 4.

Considering such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
